Our menu is always changing to work alongside the fantastic local produce we have in Pembrokeshire, from fresh fish from Tenby Harbour to hand-picked strawberries from the farm down the road.
Please note these menus are sample menus and may change slightly depending on seasonal ingredients.
All of this information is likely to be updated as and when we receive more information from the government about the restrictions that will be in place when we re-open in 2021.
Six is the magic number
For all bookings in both the restaurant and the Courtyard the maximum number we can take is six people from your extended household or bubble.
Closing at 10pm
In order to adhere to Government restrictions, we sadly have to close at 10pm to all non-residents. Last drinks orders will be at 9.40pm in order give you time to finish your last drink of the evening.
Our last table sitting will be at 8pm. However, we are tentatively taking 8.30pm bookings for any guests who are happy and aware that they need to leave the restaurant by 10pm.
Last drink orders at the bar will be at 9.55pm for guests who are staying at the hotel. Guests are then more than welcome to enjoy the drawing room and bar until a little later.
We do ask all guests to wear a face covering on arrival at the restaurant and to wear one as you move around the building. Face coverings do not need to be worn whilst at your table or enjoying a drink in one of our squishy armchairs.
We have made sure that all of our tables are physically distanced so that you feel comfortable and relaxed whilst dining. This may mean that we stagger our table times a little more than usual, so please do let us know if you would like to come for dinner with as much notice as possible.
We also offer a delicious vegetarian menu. Please do let us know your dietary requirements on booking and we can always try to cater to your taste buds.
If guests staying with us have any special menu requests for their stay please do contact us. We are a family run hotel and restaurant and always try our best to make sure you are happy.
Rhosyn has 2 AA Rosettes
All of our team work incredibly hard to make sure our guests have a wonderful experience.
We politely ask that you give a clear 72 hours notice of your cancellation before the booking. As a small business, last-minute cancellations can affect us quite significantly and giving us plenty of notice allows us to rebook tables, plan our staffing, cook lovely food with minimal waste and remain priceworthy for all of our guests.
Bookings of 6 people or more for Dinner
For bookings of 6 people or more for dinner we require card details to secure your booking. These details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe and will only be charged if the cancellation terms are not met. We ask for 48 hours notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers and reservations that fail to give this notice will automatically incur a £10pp fee. By making a booking at Rhosyn restaurant you are agreeing to our cancellation terms.
Large events, such as group afternoon tea bookings or private parties, are required to pay a non-refundable deposit when making a booking. The deposit will be based on each individual event and discussed with the organiser.
We understand life can get in the way of good time-keeping sometimes but if you have a booking and you are running late, just give us a call and let us know when to expect you. We always ask for the best contact number and will give try to call guests who are more than 15 minutes late on busy days. If we haven’t heard from you within 30 minutes of your booking, the table will be released.
