Dinner in our 2 AA rosette restaurant Rhosyn is a special, relaxed and cosy experience which
revolves around the finest local Pembrokeshire produce. From the foraged seaweed of Freshwater West
to homegrown vegetables, herbs and salad, all our menus revolve around
the best seasonal ingredients we can get our hands-on.
Every aspect of each dish is carefully considered and developed to give guests a fantastic, happy and memorable evening.
Our menu is always changing to work alongside the fantastic local produce we have in Pembrokeshire, from fresh fish from Tenby Harbour to hand-picked strawberries from the farm down the road.
Please note these menus are sample menus and may change slightly depending on seasonal ingredients.
We also offer a delicious vegetarian menu. Please do let us know your dietary requirements on booking and we can always try to cater to your taste buds.

On Wednesday 18th December the fabulous Firebyrd Trio will be playing.
Everyone is welcome for drinks by the fire or a delicious dinner whilst being seranaded throughout the evening.

All of our team work incredibly hard to make sure our guests have a wonderful experience.
- We politely ask that you give a clear 72 hours notice of your cancellation before the booking. As a small business, last-minute cancellations can affect us quite significantly and giving us plenty of notice allows us to rebook tables, plan our staffing, cook lovely food with minimal waste and remain priceworthy for all of our guests.
- Large events, such as group afternoon tea bookings or private parties, are required to pay a non-refundable deposit when making a booking. The deposit will be based on each individual event and discussed with the organiser.
We understand life can get in the way of good time-keeping sometimes but if you have a booking and you are running late, just give us a call and let us know when to expect you. We always ask for the best contact number and will give try to call guests who are more than 15 minutes late on busy days. If we haven’t heard from you within 30 minutes of your booking, the table will be released.
