Bluetooth Sound System provided. --- --- ### TO BOOK Please call reception directly on 01834 843033 to check availability and book. **Terms and Conditions** Courtyard hire fee for the afternoon is £100.00 [1pm-5pm]. This fee includes exclusive use of the Courtyard, your own private bar, dedicated restroom facilities, a Bluetooth sound system, and a member of our waiting team for your event. To secure your reservation, we kindly request the full payment of the room hire fee at the time of booking. Please be aware that this fee is non-refundable if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. Additionally, if you find it necessary to reduce the number of attendees, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice from the date of your booking. Failure to provide this notice will result in an automatic charge for the full cost of the cancelled afternoon teas (please note that prices may change). Our Private Dining space will be beautifully decorated with seasonal flowers and twinkly candles. The maximum capacity for the Courtyard space is 24 guests. We kindly request that you and your guests arrive at 12.30pm to be seated at 1pm and we ask that the premises are vacated by 5pm. Please note that parking at the hotel car park is reserved exclusively for overnight guests. We recommend parking at the village green just below the hotel or at Penally train station. ### Other information for guests booking the Courtyard... **Decorations**Please feel free to bring along decorations to decorate the Courtyard for your party, although we kindly ask for guests to not stick any decorations to the walls or use confetti. If members of the party would like to arrive a little earlier to decorate before the party begins, they are more than welcome to anytime from 12.30pm. **Parking**Penally Abbey car park is reserved for our guests who are staying with us. With this in mind, we do not provide parking for customers having afternoon teas.
