Dinner is a special and unique experience which revolves around the finest local Pembrokeshire produce and intense, perfectly paired flavours. From the foraged seaweed of Freshwater West to homegrown vegetables, herbs and salad, all our menus revolve around the best seasonal ingredients we can get our hands on. For us, it is all about the provenance.
Every aspect of each dish is carefully considered and developed to give guests a fantastic, extraordinary and memorable evening.
Headed by Jerry Adam, our menu is modern, individual and all about flavour. We have a young, dynamic and incredibly passionate team in the kitchen all trained by Jerry to respect our ingredients and the processes taken to develop our menus. From fermenting, pickling and preserving, each ingredient's flavour is carefully brought to life. Our menu is based on smaller portions but intense flavours and complemented by several extra courses to surprise and delight our guests during the course of their dining experience.
Please note that the menus shown on our website are samples. The menu changes regularly to incorporate seasonal produce.
Our restaurant can be enjoyed by hotel residents and visitors alike.
Booking is certainly advisable for both guests staying with us and non-residents, especially on weekends.
