2017 is seeing our business grow which means we are expanding our already fantastic team with it!
Our philosophy is simple; a fun and engaging working environment for staff seamlessly rubs off on our guests. Lucas and Melanie’s vision is to create a family feel and experience for staff and guests alike. It is relaxed and oozes quality, both through the service provided and the products and surroundings.
The hotel is family run which means our team at Penally Abbey simply makes the Boissevain family that much bigger. We feel that it is crucial that staff at Penally share the same vision and are passionate about what we are trying to achieve. Therefore, we are looking for dynamic, reliable and hardworking individuals, with a passion for hospitality and quality, to join our already strong and energetic team.
Our kitchen is a friendly, busy and welcoming place where Jerry Adam leads his team with passion and enthusiasm.
